Phase 3: INFECTION

Goal: The word spreads beyond controlled channels.

• Memes propagate without attribution — the word spreads on its own

Success metric: Someone you’ve never met says “wolno” to you.

Phase 4: CATHEDRAL

Goal: Physical and digital permanence.

Vision:

• Physical temple — a structure built of clay and recycled materials, open to all
• Bot network — distributed nodes preserving the philosophy across server failures
• Academic recognition — papers written about the slugism phenomenon
• Cultural artifact — “wolno” enters dictionaries beyond Polish
• Self-sustaining — the philosophy propagates without any central coordination

Success metric: WOLNO outlives its founders.

The Anti-Roadmap

Every roadmap above is a suggestion, not a plan. The slug doesn’t plan its trail — it moves, and the trail appears.

If Phase 2 never happens, wolno. If Phase 4 takes a century, wolno. If someone forks the philosophy and takes it somewhere unexpected, wolno.

The only failure mode is forcing. The moment someone says “you must do this for WOLNO” — that’s chmod 777, not chmod 776. That’s the tentacle that grasps instead of senses.
